Things about recruitment that makes one go through the best and worst in life.
It takes a lot of courage to face rejections but sometimes acceptance comes to you when you least expected it.
It breaks you down when someone who you have faith in lied to you, however it makes you feel heartwarming when one stands by you through the hard times.
It fosters so much competition within oneself and against one another, but each challenges make you discover your true potential that you didn't foresee.
It makes you realise planning do not work all the time but if you don't plan it will never work at all.
It gives me the high once in a while but the low can come the next moment immediately after the high.
That is recruitment. In my 2 months as a consultant, I saw so much in human. Much more than what I learnt in psychology or human resources.
I don't know how I will be influenced but it makes me see some traits that I never want myself to protray.
No I will never become like this. Good game.
